Rental Terms and Conditions
ORDER
The details of your order, including an itemized list of the items you are renting (the “Items”) are outlined in your Invoice. By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Order details and confirm that it is correct.
PAYMENTS
The total amount of your Order is outlined in the Invoice. A 50% deposit is required at the time of signing this agreement. The deposit is non-refundable fourteen (14) days or less prior to the Event date. The deposit secures the event date and times for the client
The final payment is due fourteen (14) days prior to the event.
If your Order is placed within fourteen (14) days of the event, the full amount is required at the time of signing this agreement.
Orders will not be considered confirmed if the final payment is not made three (3) days prior to the event date. If full payment of the Fee is not received three (3) days prior to the event date, you will not receive your Order and any initial payments previously made will not be refunded.
Unless agreed in writing, payments must be made by credit card. I will keep this information on file and use it in the case of damage and unreturned items, as further outlined in this Agreement.
ORDER CHANGES
Unless otherwise approved, you may make changes to your Order up to thirty (30) days prior to the event. All order changes must be made in writing by email as to avoid any confusion. A detailed invoice will be submitted following any changes to your order by email. If all payments for your Order have been made, no refunds will be made for removing items from the Order.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your Order in writing by email at least thirty (30) days prior to the event.
Please keep in mind that once the agreement is signed, all other clients have been refused your specific rentals and services for your event date. If the termination date is within thirty (30) days of your event, all payments are non-refundable.
PICK UP ITEMS
Items are available for pick up 48 hours prior to the event and must be returned 48 hours after the event by an agreed-upon time. It is your sole responsibility to arrange for pickup of the Items, and I am not responsible for any loss, damage, or expense that you may incur if you fail to pick up the items.
You are responsible to ensure that you have the appropriate sized vehicle and sufficient moving resources in order to safely transport the Items.
RETURN POLICY
If items are not returned within 48 hours you will be charged 25% of the full rental fee of each Item for each day the Item is unreturned. If items are not returned within three (3) days, the replacement value of the Items will be charged to your credit card.
Any items missing upon return are automatically charged to your credit card.
DELIVERY
If you have requested delivery service, the Items will be delivered on the date and time specified by you. You will be required to provide the correct address, time of delivery, and contact information of the authorized person that will be accepting the delivery of your Order. You must ensure that the authorized person is present to accept the delivery of your Order.
The delivery fee is based on the size of your Order, time of delivery, and location of your event.
It is your responsibility to unpack and setup the Items.
DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS
You assume full responsibility of the Items upon possession and agree to pay full replacement cost for lost or damaged items or unnecessary cleaning of product.
HANDMADE ITEMS
I offer several items that were made by hand. If you booked one of these items and it becomes damaged or missing prior to your event, I will use my best efforts to provide a similar replacement. If you are not satisfied with the replacement, I will provide a refund for the rental amount of the original item.
FORCE MAJEURE
I will not be liable for failure to fulfill your Order on the event date due to Acts of God, such as inclement weather, epidemics, pandemics, floods, fires, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond my control. If your event is rescheduled, I will do my best to accommodate the new date. If your event is not rescheduled, no refund will be made.
PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE
By signing this agreement, you give me permission to use the photos that I take at your event on our website and advertisements, materials, etc, with the understanding that you will not profit from them in any way.
